Agnes holds a PhD in Genetics and a Master’s degree in Economics and brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the international biotech and pharmaceutical industry. Her expertise spans the entire innovation continuum—from discovery and development, to medical and marketing, strategic partnerships, funding, and commercialization in several therapeutic areas. She has supported and mentored numerous life science start-ups, taught master students and served as an evaluator at international innovation biotech competitions.

At the Medical University of Vienna, she works at the interface of science, medicine, and industry, translating innovative research into clinical development opportunities and strategic collaborations.
